Conference Registration and Fees

Registration

The conference registration form can now be downloaded as a PDF file. Please complete all sections applicable to you, enclose a cheque or money order for your total amount (in Canadian or U.S. funds), and send it to:

Fees
Early bird fees are as follows (must be postmarked by April 30 – after that date, please add $40):

Full registration
(includes all sessions on May 26 and 27, handouts, two lunches, the banquet on May 26, and refreshment breaks; does not include accommodation)

Members: $200 (includes members of sister indexing societies — to join ISC/SCI, please visit our Membership page, and specify on the registration form that you have applied for membership)
 
Non-members: $300
 
Students: $150

One-day registration

May 26 Members: $160 Non-members: $220 Students: $120

May 27 Members: $140 Non-members: $200 Students: $100

As noted above, please add $40 for registrations received after April 30.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your registration, please send your request in writing by May 19, 2010, to:

We will send you a refund, less a $30 processing fee. (Please note that refunds are not possible after May 19.)
